Rotex Global, LLC Aftermarket Strategic Sales Representative in Cincinnati, Ohio
The Aftermarket Strategic Sales Representative is responsible for growing Rotex's parts and service business, with a focus on improving performance from underperforming accounts. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Aftermarket Sales, this role aims to boost profitability by fostering customer loyalty, understanding customer needs, and offering innovative sales solutions. The representative works closely with Rotex's equipment sales team and North American representatives to drive parts sales, targeting at least 20% annual revenue growth. Key responsibilities include tracking sales activities, documenting customer satisfaction, identifying potential issues, and monitoring plant utilization, competitive threats, and purchasing trends. Occasionally, the representative may handle Customer Experience Representative (CXR) tasks, such as preparing quotes and entering orders, to secure business or address urgent requests. The position requires up to 50% travel within North America, with occasional international trips. Candidates should have at least five years of successful sales experience, preferably in industrial or related industries. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and proficiency in Microsoft CRM and Microsoft Office are required. Strong customer relationship-building, communication skills, and the ability to develop creative solutions are essential.
