UC's American Sign Language & Deaf Studies on the main campus is seeking qualified instructors to teach American Sign Language (ASL) on a part-time limited basis, the Adjunct Faculty member's primary academic functions include teaching, discovering, creating, and reporting knowledge to students. Applications are being accepted to teach online synchronous and/or face-to-face part-time for the upcoming terms (as needed). Essential Functions On a part-time basis, conduct and teach assigned undergraduate courses to a diverse set of students. Engage in other activities ancillary to or in support of his or her responsibilities. Review, and where necessary, respond in a timely manner to all University-related communications. Instructors are responsible for teaching and giving assessments. Use UC's course management system (Canvas). Other related duties as assigned.
