Delaware North Sportservice is looking for team members who would be interested in joining our workforce at Great American Ballpark in Cincinnati, OH for the 2025 season!

We are looking for individuals who are interested in working within our Bally Sports Club during the 2025 baseball season.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary service to premium club guests following the DNC Universal Service Standards.

• Greet guests and provide directions and information as requested.

• Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the assigned area.

• Assist all staff as needed. (Set-up, servicing, and cleaning, including bussing of tables, refilling utensils and condiments, and trash removal).

• Effectively communicates verbally and written with staff and guests.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift.

• Exposure to variable temperatures.

• May be required to work in narrow spaces.
