We are assisting our client with a search for a Financial Analyst. As a Financial Analyst, you will be primarily involved in the financial planning, budgeting, and MEC activities of the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing. Your ability to analyze financial data and make informed recommendations will be crucial to the successful management of our financial resources and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize accounting software systems to analyze financial data

• Work closely with the finance team on budget processes and CapEx planning

• Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools to streamline and automate financial management processes

• Develop ERP Solutions to enhance financial data analysis and reporting capabilities

• Use 'Great Plains (GPAC)' and 'About Time' software for various accounting functions

• Prepare detailed financial reports and present them to management

• Monitor and analyze financial trends and make recommendations for improvements

• Conduct regular expense reporting and analysis to identify potential cost-saving opportunities

• Collaborate with other departments to integrate financial data and improve financial performance

• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and changes in financial regulations.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required

• Must hold a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role in manufacturing is required.

• Knowledge of ERP Solutions is needed.

• Proficiency fixed assets is essential.

• Must be able to perform Accounting Functions efficiently.

• Experience with Budget Processes is necessary.

• Must have a strong understanding of Finance principles and practices.
