Job Description:

The Procurement Support position will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support specifically related to supply chain and procurement activities. Maintains files, logs, records of invoices, purchase orders and other related documentation on related computer systems.

Essential Functions:

  • Work with shipping and receiving to provide follow up and tracking on ordered materials and services until delivered.

  • Assist in expediting orders.

  • Generate material requisitions for projects/overhead expenditures.

  • Assist with price and availability information for materials and services for all bids and modifications to existing contracts.

  • Maintain computer files, logs, records of invoices, purchase orders and other related documentation.

  • Provide follow up and tracking on ordered materials and services.

  • Order expediting.

  • MS office skills, word and excel.

  • Able to obtain and maintain a DoD Clearance.

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

    Qualifications:

  • Requires developing job knowledge/skills typically obtained through a combination of education and experience.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with four (4) years of prior procurement experience.

  • 2 years post-Secondary/associate degree with 0 to 2 years of prior procurement experience.

  • Must be a US Citizen.

    In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $40,500K - $75,500K. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
