Robert Half is actively seeking an efficient Data Entry Clerk for our esteemed client in the construction sector, based in Chula Vista, CA. The ideal candidate would exhibit keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple data streams in a fast-paced working environment. This position is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently input and manage precise data in the company’s databases and systems.

• Cross-validate source data for completeness, correcting any misalignments and validate resulting computations.

• Simplify intricate data into an easily interpretable format as per the company’s standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams to assure data uniformity and precision.

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with stringent discretion.

• Prepare regular data reports as needed by management.

  Requirements

• Prior experience in a data entry or data management role; experience in the construction sector is preferable.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, notably Excel, and comfort with CRM systems.

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy is essential. detail oriented discretion when handling confidential information.

• A proven ability to multitask and adhere to tight deadlines.

• High school diploma; additional computer training or certification could be an advantage.

• Flexibility to adapt to evolving organizational needs.

• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
