Essential Functions: - Graphic Design :Design logos, infographics, direct mail, email campaigns, PPC ads, and web content exclusively for high-profile, multi-million-dollar fintech campaigns across various channels. Proven expertise in financial branding and campaign design required. - Design User-Centric Solutions: Lead the creation of user interfaces and journeys for fintech applications that have successfully driven conversion rates above 20%. Must have experience designing complex, multi-step user journeys for mobile and web fintech platforms serving 500k+ users. - Develop Prototypes and Wireframes: Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a portfolio demonstrating high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes for financial or regulatory systems. Experience in prototyping for systems with multi-layered user permissions is a must. - Conduct UX Research :Extensive experience setting up and analyzing heatmaps, user recordings, surveys, and A/B tests using CrazyEgg or comparable tools. Applicants must have led or co-led UX research initiatives resulting in measurable UX improvements for fintech platforms. - Collaborate Across Teams: Proven success in working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers in Agile-Scrum settings to transform complex financial user requirements into seamless design solutions. Must have prior experience leading cross-functional design workshops. - Ensure Accessibility: Demonstrated ability to design WCAG 2.2 AA or higher compliant experiences for fintech platforms, with an emphasis on accessibility for complex financial information. Must have led the implementation of inclusive design practices in previous roles. - Contribute to Design Systems: Lead in building and maintaining design systems, with proven experience developing reusable components across multiple fintech products. Experience managing design systems for multi-brand platforms is highly preferred. - Participate in Design Reviews: Extensive experience leading design reviews in cross-functional teams, providing detailed critiques, and iterating on design solutions. A strong portfolio of case studies that demonstrates how your feedback contributed to product success is required.
