The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a front loader truck, maintaining the vehicle to the highest standards, and ensuring the efficient and timely collection, transport, and disposal of waste materials. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* 1. Operate Front Loader Truck: - Safely and efficiently operate a front loader truck to collect, transport, and dispose of waste materials according to company protocols and safety standards. - Ensure compliance with all company policies, local, and federal transportation laws and regulations. 2. Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance: - Conduct regular inspections and perform routine maintenance to ensure the vehicle and equipment are in optimal working condition, adhering to company specifications for cleanliness and safety. - Report any major mechanical issues immediately to the maintenance department to prevent operational downtime. 3. Adherence to Schedules: - Follow assigned schedules meticulously to ensure all waste collection tasks are completed on time. - Communicate any delays or issues that may impact the schedule to the main office promptly. 4. Customer Interaction: - Interact professionally and courteously with customers when on-site, addressing any concerns or inquiries regarding waste collection services. - Report any customer feedback or issues to the appropriate company representative.
