Schedule: Monday - Friday, Also every other weekend available

Hours: (Possibly) 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM

Hands on training is provided and MUST have LVN license in order to apply

Maxim Healthcare in Chowchilla, CA is hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) work with an Adult patient in their own home. Patient is dependent on G Tube, Trach and Ventilator.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice.

• Current TB or Chest X-Ray (we will provide one for you with costs covered if needed).

• Current BLS card (Course offered with our office with cost covered).
