Continental System Design Engineer in Chongqing, China

Plans, coordinates and directs the product development and the project team, respectively the sub team, by using defined processes and methods and tools.
Review of the Master Project Schedule and Responsible for system maturity development plan
Ensuring that the relevant standards and work rules of the System department are applied and respected
Reports the progress and status of the project internally (within the project team and towards line organization) and externally (towards customer focused on the development discipline)
Clarify and define of the technical content of all system work products across all engineering disciplines
Prepare and maintain:
System project schedule and system reports
Project specifical system configration (Variant model and IAT chain)
Project specific Monitoring description Document
Project specific System requirements
Clarify and define of the technical content of all system work products across all engineering disciplines
Collect / analyze / manage system requirements from stakeholder
To get agreement and harmonize the requirements with all stakeholders
The mapping of the stakeholder requirements into the system requirements
Support to solve project system related issue
Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Automotive / Mechatronic / Electronic / Computer
5 years’ experience for vehicle Electronic, SW or system development or minimum 3 years’ experience on Electronic Brake System development
Have at lease project management experience of one project development
Leading project team
Professional international assignment(s) for at least 1 year above
