Adecco is seeking a Parts Procurement Clerk to join our team for a 6-month contract position in Chino, CA. This role is responsible for achieving sales goals and managing the order process for repair parts. You will work closely with various departments to ensure timely delivery of high-quality parts and solutions, identifying and addressing customer needs and equipment issues as they arise.

Location: Chino, CA

Hourly Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Assignment Length: 6 Months

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40 (Full-time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Act with urgency and accountability to resolve customer issues by offering timely, quality parts and solution offerings.

• Address and resolve any problems related to delivery, quality, or pricing with suppliers.

• Process and manage orders from service and installation teams.

• Create, maintain, update, and reconcile purchase orders.

• Ensure adherence to company purchase order policies and procedures.

• Place orders for various departments, including sheet metal, controls, HVAC, refurbishing, and installation.

• Provide support in inventory management, purchasing, pricing, and warranty administration processes.

• Review invoices for purchased commodities and coordinate with Accounts Payable as needed.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (REQUIRED).

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in procurement, purchasing, or parts management.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work outside of standard hours as required.

• Working knowledge of basic refrigeration and/or commercial HVAC systems is preferred but not required.

• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to maintain professionalism and diplomacy in all interactions.

• Demonstrated ability to make decisions, think critically, and exercise good judgment in a team setting.
