Shell Contracts Administrator / Fleet Lead in Chinchilla, Australia

Where you fit in

You will operate as an integral part of the MSC (Supply Chain) Deliver organisation supporting the QGC asset (Upstream and Midstream), and as a key member of the Contract Management Team (CMT) for the company’s Fleet.

What’s the role?

You will be responsible for the light and heavy vehicles and associated maintenance, along with various improvement projects and opportunities. You will ensure QGC vehicles remain safe and roadworthy, compliant to standards and available to support critical business operations.

You will be acting as Contract Holder for fleet contracts and service companies, supporting QGC’s fleet strategy, encompassing design, contracting, implementation, maintenance, and end-of-life transition.

You will oversee the Fleet and Road Safety team across various locations, applying relevant guidelines and standards, contributing to QGC road transport KPIs, leading improvement initiatives, supporting local implementation of global road safety standards, and engaging with QGC drivers, fleet contractors, and service providers.

What we need from you

We are seeking talented professionals preferably with background in either supply, logistics, project management, or administration for a progressive role that offers significant opportunities for skill development and career growth.

We hope to see as much of the following in your CV:

  • Proven track record of strong stakeholder engagement to deliver a common objective.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams in parallel and demonstrated ability prioritizing work.

  • Knowledge managing financial forecasts and budgets. Demonstrated ability on cost savings.

  • Experience in using Key Performance Indicators to monitor performance & identify/execute continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Preference for Continuous Improvement experience and training, and technical knowledge of light and heavy vehicles.

  • Skills in systems such as PowerBi and a strong understanding of data analysis.
