JOB REQUIREMENTS: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Mops, waxes and sweeps floors Cleans, dusts and polishes furniture, baseboards, windowsills and other fixtures Scrubs and cleans walls and equipment; and washes windows Disinfects and/or polishes fixtures such as water fountains, toilets, urinals, sinks, and mirrors Empties and cleans waste and trash containers Replenishes supplies including tissues, soap, and towels May perform grounds work including cutting grass and snow removal It is unlikely an employee will perform all the duties listed on a regular basis, nor is the list exhaustive in the sense it covers all the duties an employee may be required to perform.
