Calling All Injection Molding Leaders!

Are you a seasoned pro with a knack for building high-performing teams? We're looking for a Team Leader to join our dynamic injection molding operation.

You'll be responsible for:

• Rallying your team: Organize and motivate your squad to consistently hit production targets on time and at top quality. Think: fewer complaints and stockouts!

• Continuous improvement champion: Implement lean manufacturing principles and empower your team to keep learning and growing.

• Technical know-how is a plus: Experience with injection molding, assembly, extrusion, and compression is a huge advantage.

• Speak the language of efficiency: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methods like standardized work, 5S, and systemic problem-solving is key.

• Blueprints? No problem: Ability to read technical drawings keeps things running smoothly.

• Measuring up to the challenge: Experience in using measuring tools are essential.

• Leadership natural: Lead and inspire a team of up to 15 amazing individuals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Vocational School with extensive experience (Technical College preferred)

Responsibilities

Team Leader is responsible for organizing Teamwork of subordinate team to execute production targets on time, with high quality (reduction of complaints and shortages) and realize continues improvement philosophy and develop team's competences. Minimum Vocational School with long term experience, preferred Technical College

• Experience with manufacturing, injection molding, assembly, extrusion, compression

• Basic knowledge and experience in technics: Lean Manufacturing: standardized work, 5s, systemic process solving, competence matrix, Daily Control

• Ability to read technical drawings

• Very good skills in using measuring tools

• Ability to lead a team of up to 15 people

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
