Descripción genérica del puesto:
El técnico de soporte es responsable de mantener los equipos en condiciones óptimas. Este rol implica la ejecución de tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en equipos, así como la solución de problemas y el diagnóstico de fallas. Sera el encargado de realizar la instalación y validación de las líneas nuevas y/o los movimientos de equipos que se realicen.
Responsabilidades:
Verificar y asegurar el buen funcionamiento de los equipos del área de electrónica
Instalar equipos en las líneas de producción
Mantener los equipos de electrónica en los métricos establecidos
Participar en actividades orientadas a reducción de costos.
Conocer cómo funcionan correctamente las herramientas a utilizar
Desempeñar las funciones con la calidad requerida
Cumplir con política, normatividad y procedimientos de seguridad aplicables en la empresa.
Autoridad:
El técnico de soporte debe trabajar en estrecha colaboración con su supervisión directa para garantizar la eficiencia y comunicación efectiva para realizar las tareas asignadas.
Requerimientos básicos:
Carrera técnica terminada (Electromecánica, eléctrica, electrónica o mecánica)
Experiencia de 3 años en el área de mantenimiento
Amplia experiencia en conocimientos de SMT (Equipos Fuzion,Hanwha, impresoras de pasta (Dek), hornos Heller.
Amplia experiencia en soldadoras de ola y soldadora de ola selectiva.
Conocimientos en máquinas de rayos “X”.
Interpretación de planos eléctricos.
Ingles básico
Diagnóstico de fallas e interpretación de diagramas
Manejo de paquetes computacionales
Trabajo bajo presión
Trabajo en Equipo
Sentido de Urgencia
Conocimiento, uso y manejo de equipo de protección.
Requerimientos deseables:
Conocimiento en equipos de inserción automática.
Conocimientos y programación en equipos PVA (Conformal coating).
depuración de programas en SMT,TH y PVA
Conocimiento de las normas oficiales mexicanas aplicables a sus funciones.
