Answer store calls and emails in the P-Card support mailbox/ Line on a daily basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer store calls and emails in the pcard support mailbox/ Line
Prepare metrics reports
Assist EPO vendors when requested by the team leader
Answer reconciliation questions via phone
REQUIREMENTS
Level of Formal Education: A high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.), may include specialized or vocational courses.
Area of Study: Customer service
Years of Experience: Minimum/no experience.
Type of Experience:NA
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Intermediate excel skills is a must
