Description:

Coordination of all plant activities related to manufacturing projects, including New Products Introduction and Transfer, Plant and Engineering global locations liaison and Project Managers.

Responsibilities:

Comply with safety policies and guidelines stablished by the company. Comply with guidelines and procedures for projects development/deployment. Coordinate and ensure all activities related to projects such as New Products Launch, Transfers, Redesigns, and major Engineering Changes are executed accordingly in accordance with established procedure. Serve as activities liaison between plant and global engineering teams. New Products Quoting. New Products Launch review global meetings. Analysis of New Products Engineering to ensure a successful implementation.

Authority:

  • Projects Coordination and New Products Launch.

  • Direct communication between divisional and plant personnel.

  • NPI’s Appropriation Request administration and spending accounts capitalization.

Essential Requirements:

  • Projects Administration Certification or related Accreditation

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

  • +5 Years Experinece in this position

  • Spanish-English bilingual (90%)

  • General Finance administration

  • Decision making skills

  • Leadership and effective resources manage

  • Domain of Problem-Solving Technics such as Six Sigma

  • General knowledge of JIT, DOE, POKE YOKE, KAN BAN, SMED, FMEAS, GR&R, SIX SIGMA, 5's, 8D's.

  • ISO-9000

Desirable requirements:

  • Experience in Electronics Components Assembly Industry

  • Mater in Business Administration

  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
