In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Generate customer quotes based on material availability, installed capacity, process limitations, and product knowledge to ensure accurate and satisfactory delivery timelines.

• Verify that the client's requirements align with the guidelines set during the quoting process by using electronic tools like ORACLE, ensuring compliance with delivery timelines.

• Handle the daily demand loaded in the system and in process on the manufacturing area to plan the release work orders considering availability of material, installed capacity and system constraints, ensuring efficient flow units.

• Transfer the daily manufacturing area using the ORACLE system print work orders (travel travelers) for the start of production demands and also keep control of the WIP or units in process.

• Supervise the orders processed through reports of ORACLE system and electronic systems to ensure accurate flow and avoid delays; Additional feedback on the progress of orders to customers.

• Monitor during the entire process expedited and or urgent orders with the main purpose to ship them based on our customer request date.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• 2 to 4 years as a buyer of raw material, equipment, machinery and supplies industry preferably in metalmechanic.

• Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field.

• Fully Billingual
