Position: Network and Infrastructure Specialist Department: Information Technology Job Status: Full-Time FLSA Status: Exempt Grade: 12-13 Reports to: AVP/Network Manager Amount of Travel Required: Local Travel Required Positions Supervised: None POSITION SUMMARY Ensure the availability, performance, confidentiality and integrity of bank infrastructure, network, hardware, software and data through various analysis, design, implementation, support, administration, management and maintenance activities. Establish, maintain and comply with bank and regulatory standards, policies and procedures. Analyze, recommend and approve hardware and software improvements to ensure compatibility and supportability upon deployment. Provide technical support to bank employees. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Work independently and with vendors to design, support, maintain and manage the availability, performance, confidentiality and integrity of existing and proposed bank applications, wired and wireless voice/data networks, infrastructure, hardware, software, data, processes and procedures. Support, monitor and maintain existing technologies, including but not limited to virtual and physical servers, cloud-based technologies (Azure, MS365), switches, routers, storage, data backups, data replication, VLANs, remote access systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, telecom hardware, ATMs, etc.. Maintain an effective configuration management standard for bank hardware and software assets. Document, communicate and manage all changes planned to the network environment through a change management process. Maintain an effective vulnerability management process to keep all bank assets protected from cyber threats. Lead or participate in the analysis and implementation of new projects as they pertain to the bank?s network or infrastructure. Perform vendor management, including due diligence and periodic risk and performance assessments on network-related vendors. Provide Help Desk support for resolution of complex end-user application or network problems Support Risk, Compliance and Audit requests as needed. Support periodic business continuity & disaster recovery testing and plan updates to achieve RTO and RPO objectives. Must complete BSA, AML, and other Regulatory and Continuing Education as assigned Must adhere to and maintain bank systems consistent with bank standards, procedures, policies, best practices and regulations. Performs additional duties as requested. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Competencies Accountability Information Technology Performance Initiative Problem Solving Teamwork & Cooperation Education/Experience/Skills & Abilities Bachelor\'s degree and certifications in information technology or cyber security and/or network manager/administrator required. 3+ years of experience with IT, Windows, Azure, MS365, networks, infrastructure, virtual technologies, storage technologies, Active Directory, vendor management, technology and security policies, vulnerability management and change management disciplines, preferably in the banking or similarly regulated industry. Ability to establish standards and manage changes to an established baseline. Ability to manage execution of multiple priorities, projects and tasks under time constraints.
