The program Director is responsible for coordination and delivery of services to participants within the Homeless Housing Programs. Assess needs and develop and implement service plans. Provide leadership and clinical and administrative supervision to members of the Homeless Housing team. Ensure management of program in accordance with leadership objectives, organizational mission, policies, practices, program funding, applicable regulatory agency guidelines while promoting the delivery of high-quality services. Provide direct supervision to 2-5 personnel. Education: Bachelor\'s degree in related field required. Masters preferred. Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) preferred. Professional Experience: Three to five years of related professional experience. Experience working with mentally ill population and providing outreach services. Experience with group facilitation. Other Experience: Lived experience in recovery and/or homelessness preferred.
