Description:

Position Purpose : The CT Technologist will operate computerized tomography (CT) scanner to obtain filmed or softcopy images for use by physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of pathologies​, according to Radiologist's directions and established procedures.

What you will do:

  • The right candidate will comprehend radiology examinations and equipment operations.

  • Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with colleagues, patients and family members. 

  • Educate patients and family members so that they have a transparent understanding of the care being provided.

  • Ability to perform examinations in an accurate and timely manner are also top priority. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Completion of Certified CAT scan program.

  • Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in both Radiography and CAT scan. State licensure as a Radiographer. Registry eligible candidates have one year from date of hire to obtain the certification.

  • 1-year working in a CAT Scan Technologist capacity preferred.
