Position Profile:The StandleySystems Document Service Specialist will be on a special assignment at a client location. This Document Service Specialist will help build, process, and complete scanning projects in a timely and professional manner. The employee selected may be around sensitive materials at times that some may find disturbing. Standleys will provide proper training for employees working on these assignments. This position will assist with some training and report to the Document Services Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for operation of scanning equipment and software
- Refurbish used equipment, which includes cleaning and minor repairing
- Setup, installation, and completion of scanning projects
- Troubleshoot minor scanning issues
- Provide outstanding support by meeting customers needs in a courteous and timely manner
- Maintain and expand current technical knowledge by attending training classes and meetings
- In shop repair and maintenance of internal equipment
- On going reporting of Project status
- Job completion reporting of projects
