- The Warehouse Supervisor organizes and oversees a warehouse department made up of inbound, outbound, or shipping and receiving leads and associates in our Ambient Building. The supervisor will ensure that products are properly moved throughout the warehouse and will oversee the loading or unloading of trucks. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will apply your outstanding organizational skills to facilitate efficient, safe, and productive onsite operations during your assigned shift.
What you’ll do:
Manage, assign, and train Warehouse employees to ensure proper utilization of labor, equipment operation, loading and unloading.
Ensure understanding and compliance with all company policies and procedures, safety rules and government regulations daily, including OSHA standards.
Monitor, evaluate, and teach employees safety guidelines and procedures.
Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure alignment in meeting daily/weekly/monthly and yearly business objectives.
Lead, guide, and direct Warehouse employees as needed to include setting targets, meeting KPIs, monitoring performance, and providing coaching.
Oversee paperwork associated with the warehouse operations to ensure it is handled timely and correctly.
Monitor and maintain housekeeping within the shift to ensure safety and productivity.
Complete daily end-of-shift reports and performance updates.
Additional duties which support the operations of NorthPoint Fresh may be assigned.
Warehouse experience is strongly preferred.
Forklift Operator certification preferred.
Team player with experience in a leadership role required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Dependability, including a solid attendance record required.
Basic math and computer skills are required.
May be required to repetitively lift/carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 250 pounds
Must be able to frequently perform bending, kneeling, pushing, and squatting and frequently reaching over shoulder, above waist level, and from the floor.
Must be willing, able and flexible to work weekends, holidays, or when requested to support our 24/7 business operations.
