Job Description:

The Vice President of HR Operations will oversee and manage the daily HR department operations globally focused on employee data management, payroll administration, benefits administration, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align HR policies and processes with the organization’s vision and mission.

  • Oversee global HRIS, maintaining data accuracy, system functionality, and regulatory compliance.

  • Oversee benefits administration, including design, implementation, and communication of employee benefit programs.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and handle employment contracts, terminations, and employee relations effectively in partnership with Aeris General Counsel.

  • Implement performance management systems and processes that foster employee growth and accountability.

  • Manage the payroll process ensuring accuracy and timeliness of employee compensation and deductions along with adherence to emerging global policies around pay equity and transparency.

  • Monitor HR trends, best practices and changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and recommend enhancements.

  • Prepare global HR reports and HR KPIs and ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement in HR operations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 10 years of progressive HR Ops experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a manager role

  • Direct experience overseeing HR compliance, benefits administration, with working knowledge of labor regulations in numerous jurisdictions

  • Strong technical acumen - MS O365 (SharePoint, Excel, PPT, Word), HRIS (Namely a plus), ADP, DocuSign and more

Preferred Requirements:

  • Effective and collaborative communicator – written and verbal, with strong formal presentation skills

  • Strong stakeholder management experience working across an entire organization beyond HR particularly legal, finance, IT, sales, and engineering.

  • Strategic thinker with ability to both design and tactically execute global programs.
