Sargent & Lundy Total Rewards Manager in Chicago, Illinois

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Manager to join our Human Resources team. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this role is pivotal in enhancing the employee experience through strategic compensation and benefits initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing diverse compensation and benefits plans across multiple entities and geographies, including international and multi-state environments. Experience in professional services firms is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with Sargent & Lundy's objectives and enhance the employee experience.

· Oversee the administration of multiple compensation and benefits plans, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.

· Lead annual open enrollment processes, including communication strategies and vendor management.

· Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure optimal service delivery and cost-effectiveness.

· Conduct market analyses and benchmarking to inform compensation and benefits decisions.

· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international regulations related to compensation and benefits.

· Drive change management initiatives to support the implementation of new compensation and benefits programs.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support performance management and employee development initiatives.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with a focus on multi-state and international plan administration.

· Demonstrated experience in vendor management and leading open enrollment processes.

· Proven ability to develop and execute compensation and benefits strategies that enhance the employee experience.

· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

· Professional certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) are preferred.

Work Schedule:

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with 3 office days per week and the remainder remote/virtual
