Job Description:

Reporting to the Senior Manager OPNAD Strategy and Alignment, the supervisor will be responsible for executing OPNAD processes to support the McDonald's U.S. business and brand through the stewardship of the franchisee marketing fund.  In this role, you will proactively counsel business partners to effectively reach and engage key audiences (e.g., franchisees, company leadership, field partners, etc.). This supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all touch points and key franchisee marketing meetings. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Leads internal orchestration/alignment meeting meetings

  • Leads OPNAD (franchisee marketing body)  committee sequencing/scheduling, meeting quorum and meeting recaps

  • Supports the development of content and messaging for OPNAD meetings

  • Coaches OPNAD presenters re: content and narrative for OPNAD meetings

  • Supports Senior Manager OPNAD Strategy and Alignment to build the agenda for franchisee marketing

  •  Builds template for franchisee marketing meeting presentation decks and circulates to marketing teams to gather required content 

  • Ensures a productive franchisee marketing meetings experience for all attendees by managing event schedule, venue layout, etc. 

  • Produces and distributes all franchisee marketing meeting collateral (i.e., recaps, decks, etc.) 

Qualifications:

 

  • 1-2 years marketing experience

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Strategic thinker

  • Digital Acumen

  • Adept at juggling multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively

  • Influential communicator adept at crafting persuasive stories

  • Comfortable managing up to all levels of the Marketing Organization

  • Strong sense of curiosity, eager to explore new ideas

  • Builds trusting and open relationships with leaders across marketing functions to understand their priorities and challenges

  • Proficiency in cross-functional orchestration, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships across teams to drive collaborative success and project alignment

  • Understanding of McDonald’s brand presence

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire to be considered. Proof of vaccination required.
