Under the direction of the Storeroom Supervisor this person will:

  • Facilitate company strategies for MRO management.

  • Match receivable parts to packing slip and purchase order. Process paperwork according to documented processes, including scanning packing slips.

  • Conduct daily receipts in SAP and Coupa (notify requestor for non-stock parts through phone & e-mail).

  • Communicate with suppliers as required. Obtain RMA numbers from suppliers as needed.

  • Initiate MSO's and prepare items for shipment as required.

  • Facilitate daily restocking of main storeroom & satellite storeroom parts.

  • Work with Accounts Payable to resolve payment exceptions.

  • Communicate via email to complete receiving process.

  • Perform physical inventory of parts & supplies when required. Conduct daily, weekly and monthly cycle counts.

  • Drive Cushman cart to deliver parts. Issue parts & supplies to Maintenance & production personnel.

  • Retrieve parts at the request of maintenance people at the front counter.

  • Escort people who require entry into the Toolcrib.

  • Conduct entry in Computerized Maintenance Management System of stock disbursements. Perform returns of parts as required.

  • Perform restocking of bins for goods receipts (parts & supplies).

  • Perform retrieval & disbursements of goods issue tickets from satellite storerooms. Use forklift to pick up and deliver parts.

  • Maintain positive rapport w/ customers, suppliers, contractors, and other Associates.

  • Perform Toolcrib housekeeping duties.

  • Perform all work in a safe and efficient manner.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by Storeroom Manager. Comply with Toolcrib specific SOP's.

  • Comply with all Mondelez policies, procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.

How you will contribute

Professionalism, leadership, patience, diplomacy, high ethical standards, and a positive, cooperative attitude. Computer keyboarding skills, typing skills and literacy in software applications. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment, components and parts helpful.

Education / Certifications:

  • High School - Required

Job specific requirements:

  • Must be adaptable to change, self-motivated with ownership of their responsibilities

  • Physical Capability: Must be able to bend, carry, reach, climb, twist, and lift, up to 50-pounds or drive forklift.

  • Computer Agility: Must be computer literate and be able to operate supporting equipment.

  • Must keep working areas clean and tidy.

Additional specialized skills:

  • Microsoft Office and Outlook email

  • Forklift driving knowledge is a plus

  • Experience workingwithacomputerizedinventorysystem, i.e. SAP, is a plus

Work schedule:

  • 6 days job mostly / 48 hours a weekShift and schedule flexibility is required

Pay rate and benefits:

  • The hourly wage for this position is $31.06/hr. Benefits beginning 1st of the month following 60 days of employment include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Wellness Program.
