Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join one of our healthcare clients. This resource should be a detail-oriented and analytical Project Manager to oversee workflow processes and evaluate cost-saving opportunities within their organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and process improvement, with a keen eye for identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as the Project Manager will work closely with various departments to streamline operations and ensure optimal performance, including VP level stakeholders. Key responsibilities include developing and managing project plans, conducting thorough workflow analyses, and providing actionable insights on cost-saving measures. The successful candidate will be adept at using data-driven approaches to assess current practices and recommend improvements.

Skills and Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a project manager

• Experience working within the healthcare industry

• Proven success partnering with VP level stakeholders -Six Sigma null
