What will you be doing?

Managing change inside large organizations is complex, but navigating change for both Circana and our clients is vital for the success of our partnerships. We are seeking a solutions implementation professional to help us manage one of our largest retail client relationships. In this role, you\'ll ensure all change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing client adoption and usage of Circana throughout a major retail client. The primary responsibilities are noted below, including but not limited to creating and implementing change management strategies and execution plans for new/existing innovative solutions and data rollouts at one of the largest retailers in the US, and, as an extension, suppliers who are part of our collaborative solutions.

  • Collaborate across Circana Product Management to develop /communicate roadmaps that engages client and leads to successful deployment of new solutions and enhancements to existing solutions
  • Utilize strong project management skills to develop detailed solution roll-outs from start to finish with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and lead impact analyses and develop communication materials to support all change events with client
  • Support continuous improvement and enhancement of client user experience through core software system access
  • Measure success of change events and customer experience through ongoing survey and voice of customer work
  • Continuously assess client needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Develop and lead all client training in support of new and existing solutions

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, insights, change management, or related functions, preferably within a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, Research, or Marketing Services company.
  • Demonstrated ability in utilizing and integrating multiple data sources (point-of-sale, panel, etc.) to address client business challenges, delivering data-driven insights and implications.
  • Proficiency with syndicated data tools such as Circana, IRI, NPD, or similar platforms is required. Circana Unify Plus technical experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills, experience and knowledge of change management principals is required. Certified Project Management certification preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences from junior to executive level.
