Key Responsibilities:
The Sr. Product Manager to lead a team responsible for the execution of our GEN AI applications and for development of long term strategy for the Employee Experience CoE. This individual will play a crucial role in partnering with business stakeholders to develop roadmaps to enhance current employee tools with GEN AI solutions. Additionally, the Product Manager will act as the product owner of United ChatGPT, overseeing its rollout across the enterprise, defining long-term plans/roadmap, and ensuring adoption and sustainability.
Product Strategy:
Lead the definition and development a strategic technical roadmap. Analyze and define efficient, cost-effective solutions to support company objectives, dept objectives, business processes and functional requirements.
Own the product roadmap of the integration platforms, in alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Define and prioritize feature enhancements for enterprise capabilities as well as supporting specific portfolio/business unit needs. o Act as the product manager of an United ChatGPT, defining the vision, strategy, and crafting roadmaps tailored to United GPT, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, setting clear priorities to guide teams to effectively execute on tasks for its enterprise-wide rollout.
Product management and delivery
Lead and define and own product backlog based on the feature enhancements from the product roadmap and user community feedback and lead the execution.
Manage business case development for strategic initiatives
Document scope and conduct business analysis for strategic initiatives. Manage scope and delivery roadmap of strategic initiatives – in alignment with product priorities
Lead the analysis & design phases of strategic initiatives, as needed
Engage QA teams to define and execute automated test plans.
Applies Agile principles to capture product requirements, prioritize work by value and maximize ROI
Collaboration and stakeholder leadership
Engages stakeholders throughout the product development cycle using various feedback channels like user group meetings, product demos, customer evaluations, surveys etc.
Maintain effective working relationships with key business & technology leaders, industry experts and partners 20
Manage ongoing updates to product roadmaps and communications across multiple key stakeholders
Be the primary interface for key business and technology stakeholders for assigned products
Collaborate closely with business partners to understand their needs and challenges, and identify opportunities for leveraging GEN AI solutions to enhance employee tools and workflows.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate on features, and continuously improve the functionality and usability of GEN AI tools.
Develop and maintain roadmaps for GEN AI tools, prioritizing initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and strategic importance.
Foster collaboration across many teams in DT and business, to develop strategy for integration and orchestration of other GEN AI tools that may need to integrate with United GPT
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to drive the development and enhancement of GEN AI tools and solutions.
Drive standardization, design and enforce safeguards.
Customer voice and communications
- Act as a thought leader and advocate for GEN AI tools within the organization, promoting awareness and understanding of their value and impact.
Product Research and development
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and machine learning, applying relevant knowledge to enhance our GEN AI toolset.
Data Analysis and guidance
Helps outlines KPIs and success metrics. o Define success metrics and KPIs for GEN AI tools, and track performance against objectives, making adjustments as needed to ensure desired outcomes.
Partners to monitor progress of deliverables, keep dependent teams and projects informed on progress; take corrective action if deliverable cannot be met or if higher priorities disrupt prior commitments.
Apply value prioritization concepts like cost of delay and delivery risk
Helps identify investment opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, and prioritize investments for the feature
Leadership
- Empower, coach, and develop team members. Lead a team of professionals responsible for executing the strategy and roadmap for GEN AI applications, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and business priorities.

Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Management, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, STEM or related field
Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, with experience working on AI-driven products or solutions
7+ years IT and/or business experience, or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training.
Technical Expertise - Involves demonstrating a commitment to increasing knowledge and skills in current technical/functional area, keeping up to date on technical developments, staying informed as to industry practices, knowing how to apply relevant technical processes to appropriate business needs.
Communication Skills- The ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and management, capable of successful formal and informal communication, speaks and writes clearly and understandably at the right level.
Integrity and Trust - Involves being widely trusted, being seen as a direct, truthful individual, can present the unvarnished truth in an appropriate and helpful manner, keeps confidences, admits mistakes, and doesn’t misrepresent him/herself for personal gain.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Management, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, STEM or related field

The salary for this position is $145,500 to $178,670 dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.

The base pay range for this role is $137,275.00 to $187,000.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
