Key Responsibilities:
The Security team helps us uphold the standards required to run a safe and successful airline. This includes global aviation compliance, corporate investigations and security of our facilities, aircraft and employees worldwide.
We are expanding our security team and seeking a highly experienced Physical Security Senior Manager to join us in ensuring the highest physical security standards across all our facilities. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing physical security strategies and policies across the company. This is a strategic and operational role with no direct reports, requiring a hands-on approach and collaboration with various departments to safeguard the organization's physical assets.
Develop and implement comprehensive physical security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect the company's assets, personnel, and facilities
Coordinate the design, installation, and maintenance of physical security systems, including access control, surveillance, alarm systems, and security infrastructure
Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate potential security threats
Collaborate with other departments to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the company's operations
Develop and conduct security training programs for employees to ensure awareness and adherence to security policies
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to physical security
Prepare and present regular reports on the status of the company's physical security posture to senior management

Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field or equivalent experience
7+ years in physical security management, preferably in a corporate environment
Proven experience conducting risk assessments and managing security projects
In-depth knowledge of physical security systems, technologies, and best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Integrity, discretion, and commitment to upholding ethical standards in all aspects of the job
Up to 15% travel or as needed
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant certifications such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or PSP (Physical Security Professional) are highly desirable
