Wolters Kluwer Sales Operations Analyst (USA-Hybrid) in Chicago, Illinois

About the Role:

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales force's productivity by streamlining operational processes. In this role, you'll undertake tasks that support various sales functions and contribute to the smooth execution of sales activities. Your work will help drive the efficiency and reliability of our sales operations, ensuring our sales team can achieve their targets.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor routine sales reports and analytics.

• Assist in the coordination and implementation of sales projects.

• Maintain and improve sales process documentation.

• Calculate and verify sales compensation and incentive payouts.

• Support data integrity initiatives within sales systems.

• Participate in the development and administration of sales training materials.

• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements.

• Provide support for sales system and tool utilization.

• Assist in analyzing sales performance metrics.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives.

Skills:

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

• Project Coordination: Experience in coordinating small-scale projects.

• CRM Systems: Basic familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems.

• Problem-Solving: Capability to identify issues and propose solutions.

• Sales Compensation: Understanding of sales compensation calculation and processes.

• Process Improvement: Interest in identifying and suggesting process enhancements.

• Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and utilize sales tools and systems.

• Interpersonal Skills: Effective interaction and collaboration with team members.

Qualifications:

• Requires working knowledge and expanded conceptual knowledge in primary job family and broadens capabilities

• Understands key business drivers and builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers

• Performs a range of assignments and solves moderately complex problems under guidance of established policies and procedures

• Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction

• Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; may provide informal guidance to new team members

• Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations

Education:

Bachelor’s degree is preferrable or equivalent experience.

Travel:

Up to 10% (Twice a year to an east coast office for a sales meeting and/or a global US sales meeting).

Compensation:

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, Hi, NY, WA: $74,550-$103,200
