Join us for career advancement, innovative solutions, and a supportive environment focused on your success.JOB DESCRIPTIONApex is seeking a dynamic Senior Lead Consultant with strong consultative skills to serve as a Lead Assessor within US & Canada practice as part of Apex Systems Solutions Delivery Organization. This role will serve on project teams with Apex clients to lead client engagements through the TMMi assessment process, drive test process improvements, and ensure optimal performance testing, test automation, and DevOps integration within their organization. RESPONSIBLITIESManage and lead a team of testing professionals, including performance testers, test automation engineers, DevOps test specialists, and other TMMi assessors during client engagements.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the internal team and client stakeholdersConduct formal TMMi assessments for clients, evaluating their testing processes against the TMMi model.Lead interview sessions with key personnel across the clients testing and development teams.Gather and analyze a comprehensive set of quality and engineering metrics related to testing processes.Perform in-depth analysis of the assessment findings and identify areas for improvement.Document assessment results, recommendations, and improvement roadmap in a clear and concise manner.Lead prioritization workshops with the client team to establish a clear roadmap for implementing TMMi-based recommendations.Oversee the execution of the improvement plan, ensuring effective and timely implementation of recommended changes.Collaborate with the client team to address challenges and ensure successful adoption of improved testing processes.JOB REQUIREMENTSStrong knowledge of performance testing methodologies, test automation frameworks, and DevOps integration best practices.ISTQB CertificationsDeep understanding of TMMi principles and the assessment process.Ability to stay current with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies and tools.Excellent written and verbal communications skills and an ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism in all client communicationsAbility to influence others, build relationships, and manage conflictsHighly motivated, consultative, problem-solving mindsetLeadership experience and executive level communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience with briefing management, as needed, on the status of action items and/or results of these activitiesManual testing expertise including:Unit testingFunctional testingIntegration testingRegression testingUser Acceptance testingTest auto ation experience - including:ETL testingAPI testingFront end/UI validationPerformance testingProcess improvementBachelor\'s degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldOUR AWESOME BENEFITS: Competitive salary Health, Dental and Vision InsuranceLong and Short-Term DisabilityLife InsuranceVacation and Holiday Pay401k Retirement PlanTraining and Advancement opportunitiesTuition ReimbursementBirthdays OffPhilanthropic OpportunitiesReferral ProgramPartial Gym Membership PaidTeam Building EventsEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
