Key Responsibilities:
The Project Manager – United for Business Portal will lead the development of new portal functionality and improvements as well as the day-to-day operations including work efforts across various Sales and Digital Technology organizations. They will successfully take the strategic vision through the development and implementation stages to ensure industry leading portal functionality and platform service.
Lead the day-to-day portal administration partnering closely with Digital Technology and sales support teams to ensure reliability of all portal operations including user access, data, self-serve functionalities, fulfillment, and other systems integration.
Lead feature launches and enhancements including the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure project is on track. Build user acceptance testing plans and testing sessions to validate requirements and functionality. Oversee the implementation process ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. Work closely with marketing communications, training, and sales support on launch planning activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements for new features, updates, and integrations, working closely with Digital Technology for design and build.
Collaborate with Digital Technology teams to troubleshoot issues and determine strategy for resolution. Run the testing and implementation of defect resolution within the Core Support process.
Monitor and analyze portal user behavior and portal metrics to advise decision-making and enhancement prioritization.
Provide ongoing consultation, communication, webinars, and support documentation to drive increased customer adoption and better utilization of all facets of the tool for both internal and external users.
NOTE: This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with in-office requirements up to 50% of the time in Chicago, IL. This role will also travel up to 10% of the time.

Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
4+ years of sales operations/systems experience
Project management experience
Ability to drive plan execution
Must be confident, self-starter individual who can "own" the delivery of high value work products
Experience working cross functionally and cross divisionally to ensure alignment and delivery of initiatives
Experience gathering and writing business requirements documents
Creative and analytical-thinker with strong problem solving skills
Detail oriented
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage and prioritize simultaneous projects
Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

The salary for this position is $99,750 to $135,960, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule. Bonus eligible: yes.
