Job Description

o Insight Global is looking for a Program Manager to join an existing payments team at one of our largest financial clients. This individual will be coordinating across 15 difference release trains in an environment of 150 development teams and managing 1-2 programs at a time. This individual is responsible for ensuring work is scoped, tracked, and sequenced correctly across the engagement of multiple teams. They will need to be excellent at communicating with various parties and excel at stakeholder manager. This individual will provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues and schedules. This person will be a problem solver and actively looking to move the project forward.

Skills and Requirements

o 5-7 years of program management experience in a large global environment

o 5-7 years of Agile practice experience

o Prior experience as a release train engineer

o Experience in PI Planning in a regulated industry

o Jira experience

o Strong Communication (written & verbal)

o Experience leading calls with multiple stakeholders (stakeholder management)

-College Degree o Experience building out a PMO

o Experience with payments technology

o Scaled Agile Framework experience (SAFE certification)

o Banking / Financial / Global experience null
