Google Partner Learning Readiness Manager, Cloud Learning Services in Chicago, Illinois

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience developing and or driving training and certification programs.

  • Experience performing technical learning, or working in system Integrators, or consultant roles

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience working with a Partner organization (i.e. consulting firms), and an understanding of how Partner organizations operate.

  • Experience and proven results building and running training and certification programs based on an understanding of the partner capability and capacity needs that map to Google Cloud business objectives.

  • Experience in improving customer experience through analytics and data-driven insights.

  • Experience with learning tools and platforms (e.g., Qwiklabs, Intellum, Qualtrics, Google Cloud) with a valid Google Cloud Certification.

  • Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate organizational-wide communications.

In this role, you will be dedicated and focused on providing top-quality support for partner learning programs and will manage various training programs and workflow to support the partners ecosystem. Develop detailed tracking of programs including scope, resourcing, task management, timelines, Return on Investment (ROI) and overall results. Work with multiple third party vendors, internal business stakeholders and cross-functional teams on multiple projects including in-person training, e-learning, learning paths and training campaigns. Report figures internally, analyzing data and translating this into creative and effective presentations. This role will require you working collaboratively with teams and stakeholders across the globe in different timezones.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Design, implement and support training and certification programs aligned with partner initiatives such as technical on-boarding, technical pre-sales and technical readiness.

  • Execute training programs globally, including training intake requests, calendar, communications, drive attendance and other aspects to get programs successfully land training and certifications programs.

  • Conduct assessments on existing training assets (courses, labs and quests), identify content gaps and collaborate with the curriculum team to develop plans to address the gaps.

  • Identify and manage third party vendors, trainers, facilitators, and subject matter experts to build and execute partner training globally.

  • Implement metrics to measure training programs and impact, effectiveness, appropriateness, and utility, build and manage training dashboards, track and report the progress and performance of the partner training programs.
