Job Description
The GBS Change Management Lead position is a manager role which ensures assigned change initiatives meet objectives. This person will focus on the people side of change by utilizing our clients change management and organization development methodology to drive adoption, fulfilling each of the 5 levers (communications, training, sponsorship, resistance management, and coaching) in accordance with industry standard to drive adoption of initiative changes which may including changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and/or organizational structures as prescribed as part of the change initiative(s) within the Change Management Leads portfolio.
This role is specifically supporting the People & Performance organization in driving changes associated with moving towards the HR function of the future.
Primary Responsibilities
Apply our clients Change Management & OD methodology to lead change management activities in each phase of the change initiative.
Manage client relationships and expectations.
Assess the impacts of the change at the organizational and stakeholder levels.
Conduct thorough stakeholder analysis.
Complete relevant change management and/or OD assessments.
Create a change management strategy.
Identify, analyze, and prepare resistance management strategies.
Complete actionable change management deliverables in accordance with our clients methodology and five levers of change management including but not limited to: Communications Plans, Training Plans, Leader Coaching/Action Plans, Resistance Management Plans, etc.
Support the execution of communications and trainings plans.
Engage and management stakeholders in and throughout each stage of the change.
Define and measure success metrics.
Track adoption and design iterative plans to ensure targeted adoption is met.

Skills and Requirements
7+ years of Organizational Change Management experience
Experience leading multiple transformational projects at a time - ideally global projects, working across different time zones/different teams
Strong experience taking part in the full lifecycle of change management - conducting change impact assessments, doing stakeholder analysis, building out detailed communication/change/training plans, and then executing
Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience
Soft Skills: organized, well-spoken, concise, and able to work independently Experience leading/managing Agile projects
Experience leading a HR related project
Global Business Service knowledge or working experience
ProSci certification null
