As a Technical Analyst, you will work with operations, product, and engineering teams to analyze data, automate processes, and build data-driven solutions. Your work will improve measurement systems and operational efficiency, ultimately helping people get jobs.

An exceptional candidate is skilled in data analytics, SQL, Python, and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI. You will develop reports, enhance existing tools, and create new solutions to support business needs. Success in this role requires adaptability, solid communication, and a results-driven mindset to refine reporting tools and provide actionable insights.

Who you are

• Build datasets, measurement systems, and visualizations from manually reviewed data.

• Automate workflows and improve precision with data tooling and analysis.

• Develop ETL pipelines using SQL, Python, and other tools for data transformation.

• Analyze raw data and present insights to collaborators with statistical methods.

• Design functional and visually compelling dashboards in Tableau.

• Manage projects, gather requirements, and develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).

• Review code, follow clean coding practices, and ensure high-quality solutions.

Who we are

• 2+ years relevant experience in Data Analytics or Statistics.

• 2+ years of experience using Python and pandas for data manipulation and transformation

• Experience with creating reports, visualizations, and interactive dashboards

• 2+ years experience of writing complex and highly-optimized SQL queries

• Experience wrangling and analyzing high volumes of structured and unstructured data

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with an emphasis on collaboration

• Familiarity with project management principles

• Understanding of common machine learning and statistical methods (e.g. regression, classification, etc)

• Familiarity with hypothesis testing and conducting A/B testing

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. US Remote: $64,000 - $94,000 USD

Austin Metro Area: $64,000 - $94,000 USD

New York City Metro Area: 7$6,000 - $110,000 USD

San Francisco Metro Area: $82,000 - $118,000 USD

Seattle Metro Area: $76,000 - $110,000 USD
