Job Description

We are seeking a new or experienced Operations Assistant. The successful candidate should be customer-service

orientated, with attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. The Operations Assistants responsibilities will

include managing all aspects of the reception area and to keep the firm running in a smooth, efficient manner. The

Operations Assistant will provide administrative support to staff. The position requires someone who is flexible

and willing to provide support on other projects as required.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and redirect calls to appropriate staff

Welcome and support visitors; help coordinate guest visits

Maintain kitchen and office supplies, monitor stock, and manage orders, as necessary

Provide administrative support in preparation of different events

Coordinate with building for building requests

Manage calendars for Firm staff, as needed

Organize and maintain assets and inventory

Coordinate on and off boarding of employees

Make copies of documents and bind them together upon request

Enter data to Firm ERP system

Coordinate new consulting project setup and completion, including contract review

Special projects, as necessary

Skills and Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a professional services organization is a plus

College diploma or Associate degree preferred

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively

Excellent verbal and written communication skills null
