Seeking a strong communicator with HR knowledge to join our Onboarding Team to enthusiastically welcome all new joiners to Capgemini! The Onboarding Program Manager will support the delivery of weekly Onboarding programs for all employees joining Capgemini America with a focus on managing our Campus Hire Onboarding program. This role will also support the Onboarding team in developing and executing Onboarding curricula, tracking and reporting the performance of our programs, and implementing new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Partner with the Campus Hire Program team and recruiters to coordinate week-long onboarding programs for 3 cohorts per year:

o Support the organization of event logistics, including planning for hotels, meals, program agendas, social events and other required details

o Support the development and maintenance of onboarding content and coordinate presenters

o Develop and execute communications plans for program participants

· Co-present our full-day, weekly New Hire Onboarding program to provide an excellent first-day experience to all new joiners:

o Ensure that all new joiners receive a warm welcome to Capgemini

o Deliver program content to ensure all new joiners are provided with a good understanding of Capgemini’s structure, purpose, values, and key HR programs and policies

o Support the tracking of satisfaction survey data and contribute to improving and refreshing content as needed

· Support various projects and programs within the Onboarding Team as well as the Transformation tower as assigned

Required Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in HR environment with exposure to policies, programs and benefits

· Experience with presenting HR policy, program and/or benefits information to employees

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively balance competing priorities

· Proven experience in planning and executing programs for 50 – 100 participants

· Strong working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Word (Mail Merge), and other office suite
