Job Title: MEP Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an MEP Specialist or Commissioning Manager with strong computer skills and familiarity with switchgears and UPS systems as they relate to Data Centers. The role requires 100% travel, following a 3-week onsite and 1-week remote work schedule. Experience in Data Centers and the Electrical field are essential.

Essential Skills

• Experience with Data Centers

• Commissioning/testing of UPS/ATS systems

• Ability to travel 100%

• Very strong computer skills

• Electrical construction

• Project management

• Troubleshooting

• Commercial construction

• Procore software

• OSHA compliance

• Mechanical and electrical experience

• Substation experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Project for scheduling purposes

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience

• US Citizenship

• Experience with switchgear, UPS systems, commissioning, generators, chillers, and CRAH units

• Ability to travel to various states for production and installations of Data Centers

Work Environment

The position will be on construction sites, traveling across the country, starting at a Microsoft Data Center. The schedule includes 3 weeks onsite and 1 week remote. Benefits include a year+ contract with potential for permanent hire, travel and expense coverage (excluding per diem), 401k, 2 weeks PTO, dental/vision/medical insurance, $60 cell phone reimbursement, and 10 paid holidays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00
