WHAT WE EXPECT YOUVE ALREADY DONE: Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree 10+ years of experience in Digital Transformation and Enterprise Application modernization strategy and execution 2-4 years management consulting experience 2-4 years of multi-unit back of house restaurant technology experience Prefer candidates who have operational experience in multi-unit restaurants or have worked for a restaurant brand Hands-on experience in restaurant technology transformation advisory, and program/delivery leadership Experience and subject matter expertise related to Enterprise Application Cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS)and SaaS solution (enterprise back of house and kitchen management solutions)planning, selection, & implementation Developed holistic strategies (people, process, technology) for client Enterprise-wide back of house initiatives Built and cultivated business relationships and contributed to the growth of a practice area Demonstrated an ability to serve and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams Provided leadership across multiple industries (Retail, Restaurant/Hospitality)and a variety of business functional areas\ THE KIND OF PEOPLE WE LOOK FOR: Versatile consultants who are passionate about technology and thrive on variety and challenge Innate problem solvers who want to grow in a flexible, collaborative culture Comfortable transitioning between strategic and execution responsibilities to maximize client valueConfident decision makers with a proactive mindset Engaging leaders who make a positive impact on their firm, clients, and communities Those who have a growth mindset regarding training, practice, and evolving their skills Successful in ambiguous environments Desire to and ability to learn Passion for Point Bs Mission, Vision, Values & Culture Gets it done brand and attitude Ability to work from home Ability to work non-standard work hours when necessaryFlexibility and willingness to travel up to 80%\ COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: The estimated salary range for this role is \$137,000 - \$221,500 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable. Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable. Bonuses are awarded at Point Bs discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
