As the Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies across multiple channels to drive revenue, ROI, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide strategy, best practices and execution across paid media channels.

  • Advise on all aspects of campaigns, including projections, budget, channel selection, targeting, ad placement, content and creative by channel.

  • Set, measure and regularly report on paid media KPIs and benchmarks.

  • Accountable for maintaining brand consistency, presence and reputation on paid media.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to understand and ensure alignment with overall brand and content strategy.

  • Explore and identify new paid strategies, tactics, channels, platforms and tools for the firm to leverage.

  • Accountable for the paid media budget. Maximize ROI across platforms and campaigns. Drive strategy for growing engagement and leads for paid media campaigns.

  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and maximize use of tools for best business result.

  • Manage paid media specialist in supporting all paid media activities.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media or equivalent.

  • 5+ years of job-related experience, including managerial experience.

  • Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and display platforms.

  • Excels in communication, collaboration and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to think creatively and present strategies rooted in analytics and insights.

  • Can translate firm and division strategy into measurable steps and projects.

  • Agency experience, managing multiple brands and B2B experience are a plus.

    Wipfli supports equal pay for equal work and values each candidate’s unique experiences and skill sets. The estimated pay range for this position is: $73,000 to $121,000. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, individuals' skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws.Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.Wipfli cares about our associates and offers a variety of benefits to support their well-being.
