Direct hourly employees to plan and manage maintenance programs and business metrics

Plan and establish work schedules, assignments and production sequences to meet daily goals

Ensure effective employee relations through coaching and development; resolves employee relations matters, including complaints and grievances

Read and analyze charts, work orders, maintenance and productions schedules in order to meet customer requirements

Ensure safe operation of all equipment; trains employees as necessary and promptly investigations and reports safety concerns

Lead ISO 14001 program

Prepare periodic EHS documents for government agencies

Inspect materials, product and equipment to detect defects or malfunctions and determine best corrective action

Lead EHS audits

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor\'s degree preferred

At least 3 years of maintenance experience in a high-speed manufacturing facility

Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility preferred

Knowledge of electronics, automation, mechanics, hydraulics and TPM systems. Experience with Allen Bradley or related PLCs/Controls preferred

Experience with Six Sigma, Lean or other improvement philosophies desireable

SAP experience preferred

The anticipated base annual salary range for this role is between \$84,600.00 and \$127,000.00 per year. This role is bonus eligible. The bonus incentive program is based on company meeting or exceeding targets. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate and is only applicable for roles that are based out of Illinois. The final salary will be determined after considering relevant factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate\'s qualifications, experience, and work location, where appropriate.
