To help us drive excellence, youll get to:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical breakdowns of equipment using PC/PLC ladder logic as a troubleshooting tool in robotic production lines (Fanuc)
- Trouble shoot and repair electrical control circuits in production lines to include Presses.
- Maintain Spot and Mig welding equipment used in production lines.
- Perform preventive maintenance as required in production lines to include Presses.
Required experience:
- Associate degree in a related technical field or High School diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of automated processes including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and control systems and how they interact with each other.
- Ability to manipulate Fanuc and modify robots.
- Experience with mechanical presses (up to 3000 tons) and transfers.
