Description We are seeking an IT Systems Analyst to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.

Responsibilities:

• Offer assistance and solutions for issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware

• Identify and resolve technical problems, and if necessary, forward them to the appropriate team members for further action

• Understand and meet the technical requirements of end-users through open-ended questions

• Set up, configure, and update computer hardware and software to ensure optimal performance

• Manage user credentials by resetting passwords and access permissions for various applications and systems

• Assist users with technical issues at their locations or through remote connections

• Work with external service providers to address IT needs as directed by management

• Order, inventory, and maintain supplies to support IT operations

• Identify recurring problems, report them to management, and work towards effective solutions

• Monitor the progress of support requests and ensure timely resolution

• Provide technical guidance for business activities, such as reporting, software navigation, and device configuration. Requirements • Possess at least 1 year of experience as an IT Systems Analyst or in a similar role.

• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Computer Hardware.

• Proficiency in Database Management and Active Directory.

• Experience in Configuration Management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Microsoft Windows.

• Experience with WMS System is advantageous.

• Must have experience in Desktop Support and providing Technical Support.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Ability to work collaboratively with IT team and other departments.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
