ABOUT THE PROGRAM – Summer 2025 Internship

    ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

This internship position will be responsible for assisting both our renewable electrical engineering project team and our grid modeling and compliance team. Some responsibilities of these teams include:

  • RENEWABLE PROJECT ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING: Oversees the technical design, evaluation and construction of commercial and utility-scale wind, solar, thermal, and storage projects.

  • GRID MODELING AND COMPLIANCE: Oversees the modeling of generators and transformers, works on power system analysis’, perform grid studies related to power electronic and power systems control of renewable generation, battery energy storage systems, and HVDC modeling.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor’s degree program with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and Summer 2026.

  • Majoring in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems Engineering

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.

  • Demonstrated interest in the renewable energy or clean energy sector.

Base Pay

$22.00 - $25.00 USD Hourly

Interns may be eligible to contribute to a 401k.
