Hiring now for anInsurance Licensed Customer Service / Sales Representative. Working alongside an establishedState Farm Agent,you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, and assisting with insurance policies. Insurance licenses and experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Delivering outstanding customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, answering questions, and offering expert guidance on insurance products and coverage options. Your ability to actively listen, empathize, and communicate effectively will be essential in providing personalized service.
Policy Management: Assisting clients with policy changes, updates, and claims processing. You will handle policy endorsements, review coverage details, address potential gaps in coverage, and ensure accurate processing of policy transactions to meet our customers\' needs efficiently.

Problem-Solving: Analyzing complex customer situations and finding effective solutions to address their unique requirements. Your strong problem-solving skills, combined with a customer-centric approach, will play a pivotal role in resolving customer concerns and providing optimal solutions.
Collaboration: Working closely with our State Farm Agency team and other professionals in a supportive and collaborative work environment. You will contribute to a positive team dynamic, share knowledge, and learn from experienced colleagues.
Business Development: Develop new customers relationships through networking, direct referrals, lead databases, reviews and marketing calls - Sell and service State Farm auto, home, life, business, health and other various insurance & financial services products to individuals and businesses using a consultative needs based selling techniques.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to assist and support customers.
- Positive and Coachable Attitude
- Strong Work Ethics
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to ensure accurate policy management and documentation.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with relevant software systems and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
- Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field is preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Possess Insurance Licenses or able to acquire asap by studying and passing the Illinois state exams

Pay Philosophy: The starting compensation for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, licenses and certifications. Depending on your skills and ability, the comp may include various ability for uncapped incentive bonus earnings based on ability to close and production.
