As a HR Quality Controls Associate in the Quality Assurance team, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring excellence across various HR functions for our 265,000+ employees worldwide. Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume quality monitoring and control reviews with precision, ensuring consistency and efficiency to meet monthly targets

  • Identify and communicate error trends, providing coaching and support to staff to uphold quality standards

  • Perform comprehensive end-to-end quality reviews, documenting results and identifying process improvements

  • Drive systemic changes to achieve global standards and service excellence.

  • Serve as the point of contact for Quality Monitoring processes, including reporting and administrative tasks

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve exceptions and communicate best practices that enhance quality

  • Review the issue validation work performed by the team to assess that action plans were closed appropriately; the enhanced controls are sustainable and address the risk identified

  • Identify, escalate, monitor and measure control evaluation results in accordance with firmwide control programs, processes and all reporting requirements

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or related areas

  • Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite and experience with SharePoint and quality/auditing tools

  • Ability to work independently while embracing a collaborative team approach

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to make sound decisions based on outlined processes or procedures and a commitment to continuous improvement

  • Proactive problem-solver and detail oriented with the ability to make sound decisions based on established processes

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing staff at all levels

  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Follow strict guidelines to ensure consistency in investigation and documentation of the reviewed assigned work

  • Proactive mindset when troubleshooting problems, recommending solutions, and considering root cause to prevent future occurrences

  • Ability to follow-up on issues and ensure timely resolution

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Experience using Quality/ CORE (Control and Operational Risk Evaluation)/ Auditing tools

  • Employee Relations/HR experience

  • Experience in quality assurance, monitoring, or controls within HR or related fields

  • Relevant experience with demonstrated ability to execute responsibilities in a highly regulated and process driven atmosphere

  • Ability to adjust schedule as needed to support our clients around the globe to meet business needs and achieve overall goals
