Responsibilities:
Event Supervisor works with Advantage and Anheuser-Busch on all events, incentive trips, and trainings.
Research Vendors and Suppliers to produce quotes and proposals for events and trainings.
Work with Premium Brand Activation to assist in selling events/trainings.
Consult with the Advantage Teams and Anheuser-Busch on Creative Services, Purchasing, and Warehouse.
Research and secure venues, plan footprint layouts, coordinate with vendors & suppliers(catering, city/county permitting, insurance, warehousing, fullfillment, rentals) and plan all logistics that stays within specified budget guidelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships- Create and maintain strong relationships with Agency, Client, and vendors.
Serve as the primary point of contact with venues and Anheuser-Busch throughout the event lifecycle.
Travel to events, incentive trips, and trainings to oversee event production from set-up to tear-down and manage all event staff while keeping management team informed.
Prepare post-event recaps & evaluate key learning and recommendations.
Qualifications:
3-5 years experience in program/event or project management
Bachelor’s degree
Strong organizational skills to deliver key deliverables in a timely fashion in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to travel
Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Research vendors & suppliers to produce quotes and proposals for event programs
Work with assigned team to assist with selling events/trainings
Consult withAdvantage teams & AB- Creative Services, purchasing, warehousing, tracking
Research and secure venues, plan footprint layouts, coordinate with vendors & suppliers (catering, city/county permitting, insurance, warehousing, fulfillment, trucking lines, rentals, etc.) and plan all logistics that stays within specified budget guidelines

Minimum Qualifications
Education Level:
Required:High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience:Business Management, Finance or Marketing Communications
3-5 years of experiencein Program or Project Management

Environmental & Physical Requirements
When working at the home office:
Office / Sedentary Requirements - Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
When working on-site at events:
Office / Non-Sedentary Requirements - Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work may be performed in an office or warehouse environment. Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day doing the following activities: stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend, stoop, or climb. May have possible exposure to dust, and may require the ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds 33% - 66% of the time.
